AAM/Teknicraft Ferry

JBE is pleased to announce a collaboration with All American Marine and Teknicraft Design to build a 77 foot ultra-low wake ferry. The boat is being built for Kitsap Transit and will run in Washington State between Seattle and Bremerton at speeds of 29 to 38 knots. JBE has been awarded a subcontract to provide the carbon-composite hydrofoil and glass-composite superstructure forming the passenger cabin and pilot house. The latest composite technology will be used resulting in a significant weight savings over an aluminum equivalent.
